Shipping Policy

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During busy periods (holidays, events) processing may take a bit longer; we'll note this on the site if it does.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and don't include processing time.

**Shipping Destinations**
We currently ship within the United States.

**Local Pickup**
Local pickup is available at our store in Greenville, IL. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
The Freckled Page is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

**Shipping Errors**
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@thefreckledpage.com. We can't guarantee a change once an order has shipped.
